HOW DOES THE WALK IN WORK?
You must present IN PERSON to the Greenstone Family Health Team between the hours of 8:30 am and 2:30 pm to sign up for the walk-in. You will be given an approximate time to return to see your provider. Appointments will be given on a first come first serve basis.
WHAT TYPES OF APPOINTMENTS ARE APPROPRAITE FOR THE WALK-IN?
Urgent Primary Care Concerns that are best assessed outside of the emergency department. Such as,
– Urinary Tract Infection Symptoms
– Ear, Nose and Throat Concerns
– Cold and Flu Symptoms
– Aches and Pain
– Lumps and Bumps
– High/Low Blood Pressure
– Uncontrolled Diabetes/A1c
– Mental Health Concerns

Welcome to the Greenstone Family Health Team, where we offer comprehensive, multidisciplinary care to members and visitors of the Municipality of Greenstone. Our team consists of three Nurse Practitioners, a Registered Nurse, a Registered Social Worker, a Health Educator, and Administrative Staff who work in collaboration with the Physicians at the Geraldton Medical Group and Geraldton District Hospital.
We are committed to providing a holistic approach to primary health care, including a range of programs and services that encourage optimal health and well- being for our communities.
