  • PHQ-9 and GAD-7 -The PHQ-9 is a multipurpose instrument for screening, diagnosing monitoring and measuring the severity of depression. The GAD-7 is a useful primary care and mental health settings screening tool and symptom severity measure for the four most common anxiety disorders (Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Phobia and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
